Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:
- Support sophisticated tax planning efforts for closely held businesses and high-net-worth individuals
- Develop deep expertise in the firm’s niche industries and deliver strategic advisory and consulting services
- Mentor, supervise, and provide performance feedback to team members
- Collaborate with firm leadership to structure and manage a variety of client engagements
- Lead client service teams, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, timely and efficient service delivery, and continuous team development
- Analyze and communicate solutions to complex tax matters, applying creativity, thorough research, and a strong understanding of tax regulations and their implications
